- Overview:
The iCMSData application is a Microsoft Windows service that can gather real-time data along with historical information to provide integrated data results to a number of countless output options. We combine this powerful tool with an IIS service allowing us to generate attractive web based solutions. These web solutions provide integrated style data with a smooth refresh. To see some samples of some we have created in the past scroll to the image viewer below.
- Connectivity:
iCMSData connects to the CMS via the SSH protocol insuring the data is secure while traveling over the network. This eliminates the need for additional firewall rules to be added. If historical data is required ODBC will also be used. iCMSData uses a standard CMS user login, and requires no Supervisor licenses to run.
- Multiple Connections:
iCMSData can create multiple connections per CMS machine along with connecting to multiple CMS servers at one time. You can collect agent data at the same time you are collecting split and VDN information.
- Output Options:
iCMSData has a modular design and takes advantage of this to provide endless output options. Several output modules are currently available including: Text Files, XML Files, ODBC Databases, Audible Threshold Alerts, JSON web service, e-mail alerts and many more. And it doesn’t end there, with iCMSData’s Output API you can create modules that integrate into your own custom solution.

We tag team our JSON output module with PHP to make ajax web pages that can be viewed on a large screen or an agents desktop. Want 2 screens or 200, we can get your team the visibility into the data it needs to function at it’s full potential.
